Your two-hour session begins with a full foot reflexology session. Your feet are covered in a blend of ancient healing oils. All of your body system points are stimulated and balanced, combined with relaxing foot massage techniques and gentle stretching.  Your feet are then wrapped in warm, moist towels.

As your feet absorb the healing oils, we transition to a full body integrative aromatherapy massage which includes targeted energy techniques and cranio-sacral balancing.  

We finish with a scalp massage and an aromatherapy facial mist.
